EndWell Management Inc. provides non-clinical management, booking, coordination, support and wellness-program administration. EndWell is not a physician, medical clinic, hospital, emergency service or public healthcare provider and does not direct or control independent physicians' professional judgment.
Independent physicians
Any physician service is provided independently by the licensed physician. The physician is responsible for determining whether a requested discussion or service is appropriate, obtaining required clinical consent, complying with professional and licensing requirements, maintaining clinical records where applicable, and making any clinical decision within the lawful scope of the service.
Canadian educational service
For Canadian residents, the Second Opinion & Health Strategy program is presented as a private-pay educational and informational service focused on understanding existing medical information, health education, questions and healthcare-navigation strategy. It should not be booked with the expectation of receiving emergency care, a replacement for insured primary or specialist care, a new diagnosis, a prescription, initiation of treatment or another insured medical service.
"Second opinion" terminology
On this website, "second opinion" refers to a second physician perspective or explanation concerning information, diagnoses, recommendations or treatment options already available to the client. The exact scope of any physician discussion depends on applicable professional rules, the physician's judgment and the circumstances of the individual client.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a physician will agree with another healthcare professional, identify a particular explanation, recommend a particular question or strategy, or reach any particular conclusion. Healthcare information is inherently individual and may change as new information becomes available.
Not emergency care
This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency symptoms. Call 911 or use the appropriate emergency department or urgent healthcare service if you believe you may have an emergency.
