Our commitment
EndWell Management Inc. is committed to improving accessibility across its digital and administrative services. We aim to design and maintain this website with recognized accessibility practices in mind, including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.
Website accessibility features
- semantic headings and meaningful page structure;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and links;
- a "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users;
- visible focus behaviour through browser defaults and interface controls;
- responsive layouts that support mobile devices and zoom;
- high-contrast text and controls;
- plain-language content and descriptive link text where practical;
- support for users who prefer reduced motion;
- avoiding reliance on colour alone to convey essential information.
Communication accommodations
If you have difficulty using the online booking process or website, contact our client-support team. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information or administrative assistance in an alternative format or communication method that works for you, subject to privacy, security, technology and clinical limitations.

Healthcare-service accessibility
EndWell coordinates services; independent healthcare professionals make their own clinical and professional decisions. If you need an accommodation for a physician session—such as additional communication time, involvement of a support person, mobility access or another disability-related accommodation—tell us during booking so the request can be discussed with the relevant provider and location.
Known limitations
Third-party systems used for booking, payment, secure forms, video appointments or document transfer are not fully controlled by EndWell. Their accessibility may vary. If a third-party system creates a barrier, contact us and we will try to identify a reasonable alternative that preserves privacy and security.
Documents and PDFs
Some medical or third-party documents may not be fully accessible because they are supplied by external organizations or originate as scanned records. If you need an accessible alternative for an EndWell-created document, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide one.
Feedback and barrier reporting
We welcome accessibility feedback, including reports of a barrier on this website or in our administrative process. Please tell us the page or service involved, the barrier you encountered and the format or accommodation that would be helpful. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review feedback and update content, design and procedures as practical when barriers are identified or standards evolve.
